1. Orders will be delivered within of England, Scotland and Wales to the address placed with your Order. An alternative address can be provided in the event of you not being able to be in to receive the order. 2. Products must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If you are not in when the order is delivered, you will be notified that an attempt was made and you will be given the option to either arrange for a further delivery at your cost, or to collect free of charge from the nearest depot of our freight forwarder. 3. We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days of receipt of your purchase order. Specific delivery dates shall only apply if these have been expressly confirmed by us by e-mail or otherwise in writing. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery or if such delay is caused by you. 4. Free delivery applies within UK on all of our products.  |
